CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by the consumer is only permitted, without penalty, if the purchase has been made within 7 (seven) consecutive days, and provided that the parade of the block or the purchased event has not yet taken place and that the Carnival Passport or access costume(s) have not yet been collected. Other cases:
A - After the 7-day period has elapsed - the penalty will be 30% of the total purchase price;
B - If the cancellation is formalized between 29 and 11 days before the scheduled date of the parade or event purchased - the penalty will be 50% of the total purchase price;
C - Cancellation is not permitted more than 10 days before the scheduled date of the parade or event, or even if the client has already collected their access costume(s). In the event of cancellation, the client must formalize it in writing via email sent to: cancelamentosanfolia@gmail.com. For purchases made by credit card, San Folia may refund the amount paid, after deductions (items "A" or "B", as applicable), by means of a (partial or total) reversal of the purchase with the respective card issuer.
• Failure to attend the event will invalidate the ticket and will not allow for a refund;
• When purchasing more than one ticket, you must name the ticket at the time of purchase (using your guest's registration email).
The event organizers are fully committed to meeting the essential health and safety conditions for holding the festivities, in accordance with the guidelines of the responsible authorities.
By purchasing an event package or individual event, the buyer waives the jurisdiction of their place of residence according to consumer law, and the jurisdiction of the Capital of Salvador - Bahia will be chosen to resolve any disputes arising from this consumer relationship.
The event venue is partially open, subject to weather conditions.
