PAYMENT METHODS

• Credit card: up to 10 interest-free installments

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE

• Accommodation package PER PERSON of 3 nights (on the weekend of the event) in double, triple or quadruple rooms.

• Ticket Package for the 6 parties of the San Island Weekend.

PURCHASE RULES

• Opting to purchase SPOTS:

• Prices PER PERSON in a Double, Triple or Quad room, subject to change and availability;

• Send the name of the roommate, who must have purchased the same category and type of apartment to the email: sanisland@gruposansebastian.com

• If the roommate(s) is not informed within 30 days before the event. Otherwise, the system will randomly draw the room you will be staying in;

• The purchase refers to CATEGORY and it is not possible to choose the hotel. This will occur through a random draw;

• CATEGORY CHANGE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AFTER PURCHASE;

• QUANTITY OF SEATS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

• Choosing to purchase ROOMS:

• Prices for two people in double apartments and for three people in triple apartments;

• The purchase refers to CATEGORY and it is not possible to choose the hotel. This will occur through a random draw;

• CATEGORY CHANGE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AFTER PURCHASE;

• QUANTITY OF SEATS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

CANCELLATION RULES

• Up to 7 days after purchase, the customer will receive a refund of the FULL value of the package;

• After 8 days of purchase and up to 30 days before the event, a fee of 30% of the value of the package purchased will be charged;

• From 30 days before the event: there will be no refunds.  Prices subject to change without prior notice and confirmation of availability.

RULES FOR EXCHANGE OF TITLE

• Ownership changes will only be accepted up to 30 days before the trip, upon charging a fee of R$ 200.00 per exchange;-- A document called PARTICULAR INSTRUMENT OF POWER OF ATTORNEY must be completed. This authorizes the new guest to occupy the vacancy that was the holder of the purchase, must be signed by the same and notarized.

COMMENTS

• Check-in and check-out will be at 14:00 and 12:00 respectively;

• Guests under 18 years old will not be accepted;

• Stay tuned to our social networks and website for more information on how to pick up tickets.

• Customers with more than 1 (one) overdue payment slip must settle up to 20 days before the event date for their name to appear on the Roomlist. Exceeding the deadline, you must contact the email sanisland@gruposansebastian.com  request and make the outstanding payments within 5 days before the date of the event, so that it can be added to the accommodation list.

INDISPENSABLE DOCUMENT

CONFIRMATION OF ELECTRONIC DEBIT ALREADY MADE

• The delivery of this document is ESSENTIAL. Must be sent by EVERYONE at the time of purchase confirmation. Because it is he who proves that the owner of the credit card is aware of the purchase and avoids fraud or duplication of the card. Completion must be carried out by the HOLDER of the credit card used at the time of purchase.
